What Our Clients Say

I am very happy with how things are progressing with A. How the staff are interacting and working with A shows that they understand him and how best to help him move forward. They treat him with respect and kindness, the consistency of this approach is slowly working for A. They have been a great help to me also, I know he is safe and that they care about his welfare as much as I do. This has helped to reduce my constant anxiety I have over A.

What I like… S is supported in a holistic way, where there have been many obstacles these are minimised due to the calm nature in which the staff work with him. Humour is often used by both staff and S which usually seems to work well. S is supported to make notes for meetings, and thoroughly supported throughout the process even though you very much know the likely outcome, he is given every opportunity to express his wishes and tell us what he wants do. Symbiosis have been creative in what and how they offer support to him. It is in some ways a difficult case as there are no legal restrictions however in the way which Symbiosis work with him, he has accepted the support well.

I am very pleased with the care S is receiving overall as I appreciate this is not easy . I think you are doing a good job -S seems happy so far. Staff are very friendly, attentive to S and seem genuinely concerned for his wellbeing. It is good that the staff help S with most things like cooking etc and monitor his drinking.
